The annual general salary adjustment with effect from 01 July 2009 shall be implemented on a sliding scale between 13% and 10% for the financial year 2009/2010.

PSCBC RESOLUTION 8 OF 2015:AMENDMENTS TO PSCBC RESOLUTION 2 OF 2015 FOR SALARY ADJUSTMENTS AND IMPROVEMENT ON CONDITIONS OF SERVICE FOR THE PERIOD 2015/16 &2017/18.

RESOLUTION 08 OF 2015,CLAUSE 3.2 States the following: 3.2 The salary adjustment,for the period 1 April to 31 March 2017, effective from 01 April 2016, will be based on the average projected CPI plus 1%.

The parties to the PSCBC met this morning,the 7th April 2016,to confirm the annual salary adjustment.

National Treasury made an average CPI projection,being 6,6% therefore the annual increment will be 7,6% for the period 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2017. The employer further announced that there will be a special salary run on the 21st April 2016, for those employees being paid on the 15th of a month, giving effect to the salary increase.Employees being paid on the 30th of the month will receive the increase on their normal pay day.
